These days, most of the people
use bottle-based water coolers in their houses and office premises. But, a
major proportion of them do not pay any attention towards its care taking.

- Place it at a Proper Location – Locate your water cooling machine at that particular spot of your house or office, where there is no direct sunlight. Also, make sure that it is kept inside a room or lobby that is not too dusty or stuffed with lots of individuals all around.
- Regular Servicing – This is a bit of technical part, for which you can call the agents of the company from which you purchased your water cooler.
- Regular Cleaning – It is obvious that you cannot clean the cooler from the inside. But, what you can do is, clean it from the outside once in a week.
- Do not Turn on the Dispenser in Empty Gallon – If there’s no bottle on the dispenser, never ever turn it on. Else, it will cause some serious issues in the internal functionality of the machine.
- Keep the Tray Dry – Water collecting tray beneath the tap of the machine should always remain dry & clean. Else, it will become a cause of odor and fungus growth.
